Consultations
◦ Staging Consultations: Consist of walking the home, taking pictures, measurements, discussing any problem areas, and budget for the project
◦ List Prep: Want to list your home but need help making decisions on what to update for the least amount of money, but also learn what makes the biggest impact? This is for you! (Also, a great idea for realtors to provide for sellers to have someone else walk the property and provide feedback.)
◦ Move In Prep: Moving into your new home and need help deciding what furniture to buy, colors to use, and where to put things? We can help!
Consultations are $200 for up to two hours for homes within a 40-mile radius. An additional fee will be applied for homes farther than 40 miles.
